Super glitchy
The program often loses pins in the middle of trying to disposition. Places my location up to 3 miles away from my current existing location with tracking enabled can sometimes take 30 seconds or longer to disposition a pin, which can relate to double dispositioning, cannot move pins that are dislocated. Cannot look at just a single street at a time in numerical order. Even when settings are set to only you when searching finding addresses from multiple other sales staff. Really causes it to be difficult to quickly find a pin with the search menu. Do not recommend.
Terrible! The most frustrating app I’ve had to use.
Glitches and not user friendly at all. I thought sales rabbit was bad, SPOTIO is a whole new level of terrible. Constantly loses connection in the field. The zooming in and moving on the map is the most frustrating part. It takes forever to load. If your selling telecommunications with a company that uses ICOMS, use Real Time Results app. That is the best one for door to door Internet sales. If you’re debating between this app and Sales Rabbit… 100% I’d use sales rabbit.
Terrible
I’d give it zero if I could. Simple changes to availability and schedule are almost impossible to make. Support is next to no help and basically tells you the same generic thing no matter what.
Slow
Originally when I got the app I had an Iphone 8 and it was so slow, I thought the issue was my phone initially but when I bought a 14 the same issues kept occurring. It takes so long to load and I feel as though most of the time Im setting someone is wasted trying to get this slow app to load. Very annoying.
Updates
Everytime there is an update I loose a feature I need 🤦🏼♀️ last update the text button is no longer working. Is there a way to fix this? I should be able to click the text and be able to send one to the number I have logged for that customer. Currently nothing happens. Help!
Lack of organization
I don’t like that I cannot delete an active field. They say that you can simply drag from the right panel to add more fields, but they don’t tell you that if you drag the air custom fields they’ve created (for example value, unit, company) you cannot delete them, and they can’t do it either apparently.
New update
This new update is absolutely terrible please go back to the old version. This version is spotty. Takes me 20 minutes to be able to do my job when the old version took me 5 minutes. GO BACK!
This release includes updates for texting via a SPOTIO phone number that will keep users compliant with recently Twilio A2P/10DLC regulations.
