They value profit over customer service
One of those companies that get your free trial started, don't tell you before you get charged and when it ends. Then when you try to cancel it's really difficult to do so, and they won't refund your money even if you cancel that same day. Terrible.
I never get a ring tone. Just messages. And they are usually delayed.
I just don’t care for this app. It’s annoying you can barely understand people on it. When you do call him back it doesn’t give them the service call never gives you the personal number so now I have them call me personally, which is annoying. It’s a whole purpose of having this on call session emergency calls, and I don’t even get notifications for 1015 minutes after they call.
Cust Service a joke.
When they finally respond to you - Chat being the only option - they say all the typical nice generic phrases, but they are not capable of any resolutions. You will lose days and days with systems not working properly with either denial of the issue or the promise that they will have their “developers” look into it. And their Dialer is even worse.
Does not work as advertised
Continuing to get very poor connection success. We are hard wired to our systems. Looking for new alternatives now.
Horrible
No one can call me at my number. It’s goes straight to voicemail. Whenever I call anyone if I get a call on my cell number it will drop the call. I’m getting ready to call it quits on smartphone
Horrible flow
When you have multiple of phone numbers, there is no way to see which text /call came from what number. If you see the call coming in, it is also a lot of text going across the banner. It is super bad and needs a complete overhaul.
Bare bones features, practically useless
Unless it’s the version of the paid account my company uses, this app hardly does anything useful. I can’t access text threads. The text page is not consistently opening. There are no additional fields to save with contacts. For some reason, some numbers are not saving the contact name. No idea what’s going on there. The only good feature I see on the phone app is attaching MMS files, e.g. photos. However, in the Real Estate CRM we use, REISift, I cannot use MMS. No idea why not. I’m trying to account for what the reasons are for me being wrong that is independent of the app, and I come up with nothing. I use an iPhone 10. Not many apps are open. Have good wifi. So overall review is this app is terrible. It doesn’t even have the basics. I’m pretty sure I’m using a current version since I downloaded the app a few weeks ago. Hope that helps! The company doesn’t sound receptive to feedback in the exchanges I have had with them so far. SO, another strike.
