Slack for Intune is for Slack customers with Microsoft Intune MAM or MAM WE enabled. If you’re unsure whether this applies to your organization, we recommend using the regular app.
Can’t register
This app has long had issues where it (re)requires login and registration, but as of this last update, now I can’t just force quit or login fresh, I’m stuck on register your device. Process never completes
Unreliable Notifications
I’ve had multiple times where I missed things because this app stopped delivering push notifications. Only way to fix it was to reinstall the app multiple times over several months.
Security by making the app useless
I love Slack itself—so convenient and replaces what was once thousands of emails and meetings. Slack for Intune, however, completely negates any convenience. Multiple times per day, Slack for Intune will require adding a workspace because it completely lost/erased/removed/no clue the only workspace, which combined with SSO means a whole process just to read or send a message. Done; you win, Corporate, I am going back to inefficient email because it is better than Slack for Intune.
Keeps logging me out
The app keeps logging me out and I have to sign in multiple times a day with this Intune version of Slack.
Why are there 2 apps needed to work?
Not sure why I need a app for another app to work. With growing technology this should not be a thing. 0 stars
Login time
If I’m able to log in at all, it takes 10s of minutes - surely that’s not acceptable?

Did you notice that custom status suggestions for your org were showing up on desktop but not mobile? Turns out things were just a little dis-org-anized on our end. Ha ha. Ha. No, but we’re sorry.• Fixed
