Relieve your sales people from the CRM burden. Equip your sales team with the new intelligent sales CRM. Salesflare capitalizes on the data that is already available (in email, phone, calendar, contacts, social ...) to automate the usual administration. We then add artificial intelligence to help you sell more, from contact to contract.
Better and less expensive than many alternatives
Given Salesflare’s capabilities to run email and multiple pipelines, it is cheaper and better than many alternative CRMs. I looked at a competitor today charging $40/month for what Salesflare does for less.
A hidden gem amidst CRM software
The mobile app offers all functionality of the desktop browser and it’s UI is intuitive. I have tried several CRMs and all had some major issue: not supporting email integration from an IMAP account, slow e-mail syncing, limited on mobile, issues with CSV data import, rough UI/UX (that would make sales ppl not use the CRM in the first place), no email tracking/personalization, no support for email sequences etc. Salesflare has it all, even in the IOS app. If they were based in Silicon Valley they’d be on their way to unicorn status.
Fantastic companion to the desktop version!
I disagree with the other old review that mentions mobile bugs. I’ve just started using Salesflare recently but the mobile app seems very polished and works perfectly. I haven’t noticed any issues or anything I’d change except some very small annoyances like entering a due time / date when making a new task is a bit finicky. Otherwise the app does everything the desktop version can do which is amazing! I’ve tried so many other crms and their mobile apps are often just a small subset of features. Salesflare doesn’t restrict you on the go. One wish of mine is that you could add notes and tasks to an opportunity instead of only to the account/company record! This has been the most frustrating piece of Salesflare.
Buggy and not mobile optimized
Unlike the web app, which is fairly high quality (4.5 on this scale), the native app yet feels like it's not mobile-first. Also a lot of UI bugs here and there. To their defense, they seem to be a fairly fast-moving team so I expect to see this issue dissolve.
