Clunky and frustrating
If you are looking for a clunky app to hold your messages hostage and never work when it needs to this may be the app for you. I’ve stopped using it all together and just give out my personal cellphone- this app is pretty bad and has proven to be a huge time waster and an impediment to quality work.
Why force it
The app keeps telling me that it’s time to switch and doesn’t allow me to use it. Why force the switch on your users? I find it much more seamless to dial through this app then the one you are forcing me to switch to, I mean at least give me the option. Please fix this.
Screen
I liked the last version where you could see both text messages and voice messages on same screen. I can’t see numbers or names on current screens without taping to see the number/name.
No Longer Works
Constant prompts to download new app, some people don't like the office features.
Faulty
Doesn’t allow you to remove your profile photo so your coworkers can permanently stare at a horrible photo.
New app uses 3x the iPhone storage
New app is massive data storage hog. Impedes ability to update phone or other apps. Used nearly 1/2 gig just to add app. I will stick with this one as long as possible.
Not very good
App drops an incoming call almost every single time. Problem is because it happens with the first few seconds, the app doesn’t even record and keep the incoming call number. So if that party doesn’t call back, you won’t know who it was or have any way of calling them back. If you are running a business or have to us it for work, it’s pretty unprofessional. Sadly, our company forces us to use this app. Otherwise, I would not and recommend others, if given the choice, use something else.
