Latest version of iOS completing a task causes app to crash. Need to fix!
It’s useless for the app on a iOS if I can’t complete a task and the app crashes….
Very buggy.
Crashes often. Wouldn’t load my data. Bad interface.
Clunky UI
The app could be a lot better. The UI is clunky and dated—too many clicks to get to leads, people and companies. When you click on a phone number all it can do is call out using the phone app. Please let us choose which app to call from (Skype, OpenPhone, etc). Overall, it’s nice to have an app, but it’s just not very useful.
No email functionality :(
The nutshell mobile app definitely isn’t as powerful as desktop but the biggest annoyance for me is that it doesn’t have the emails functionality built in like the emails tab in the bottom left of desktop nav bar. And to make matters worse, if you open a contact and click their email address, nothing happens. It should at least launch the outlook iOS app or whatever your phone’s default mail client is but it doesn’t. Wish nutshell would bring full email functionality including open tracking to the app.
Great experience
Great customer service!
I like nutshell but the iOS app is rough
Aside from missing functionality, there are screens you can’t actually use (like logging activity). It’s simply missing a ton and surprisingly poorly made. It also crashes a lot.
Not on par with desktop version
The desktop version is intuitive and creating new or editing existing contacts is easy. The mobile app doesn’t have the same workflow. I often end up creating a duplicate company because that field is not on the primary contact setup screen. The mobile app is harder to maneuver in general. It also does not work well on an iPad, i.e., screen doesn’t rotate to landscape.
Fixed app crash when editing a lead, bug when clicking on a person name/link in an email, and font size for ants in emails.
