The My Club Schedule App is available for all Managers and Associates in clubs using the JDA/My Club Schedule system. This app provides visibility into schedules, approved time off and allows associates to pick up unfilled shifts.
Used to be useful
This used to be a somewhat useful and working app. As a fresh lead, I got important club scheduling information here. But then they took away leads access to this app and replaced it with me@sams, which tells me precious little. It’s bizarre. Corporate talk like leads are managers; but then info is hidden and access limited. I can literally hire and fire people, but if someone calls in tardy or sick it is heavily guarded top secret info. Just make what we need to know readily available for crying out loud.
New app
It is telling me I will not be able to use app come may 7th. And suggested me a new app. Me@samsclub. But I look up the app and it is no where to be found
Login??
Why login everything to the app to check schedule?? It’s so frustrating having to login everything just to check the schedule
Remove Face ID everytime you log in
I hate how every single time you have to login to check your schedule you have to login in, can login once is enough, like is so frustrating, it would be so much easier if I could just open the app and check the schedule, literally.
Doesn’t work - Found fix
I had this app for about a year and was great. It no longer will load fully to be able to log in. I have completely removed the app multiple times as well as removed the manager profile and re installed it. Still Did not work. The Fix: 1. Delete the app. 2. Go to the App Store. Not the internal 5 & Dime App Store but the actual Apple App Store. 3. Search “My Club Schedule” 4. Re download the app. Voila!
Bad
Not working all of a sudden. This app has become a necessity in day to day business. Please send a fix
Face ID fixed but still cannot swap shifts
I appreciate that the latest version has fixed the Face ID issue and the PIN number issue but it would be really nice to have the shift swap feature working again. Most shifts either say nothing is available or only 1 or 2 people. Also it only shows shifts for that day. It used to be that we have multiple people and multiple days to choose from. It’s still nice to be able to see my schedule from my phone at any point in time. Especially without having to authorize each time I sign in.
