Terrible app
I am trying to reply back to a customer and each time I type 1 letter it resets and I have to touch the screen again where I want to type and it is so frustrating. I run an extremely busy restaurant and had 5 customers that I had to type an entire paragraph for each and I don’t have time in my day to be wasting with this terrible glitch Subway should rethink the app they are using I’m sure there are better apps out there than this piece of junk.
Terrible APP - Constantly crashes
The app is awful. It crashes when trying to respond to comments. Cant edit any templates without the app crashes. Cant forward comments by email because the app crashes. No help from support.
Crap
That’s what this app is. I go to add a note and then I can’t press done. I can’t type a reply without having to type it somewhere else, copy it, then paste it back on the app. Problem is half the time I go thru all that and I STILL CANT CLOSE OUT THE COMPLAINT. Worse part is with Subway if you don’t reply to these complaints in 24 hours you get marked on compliance and can lose your entire business based on the fact that your not replying to these complaints on time. Fix the APP PLEASE!
Keyboard keeps disappearing
When trying to type on the app, the keyboard disappears after every second or third letter. I’ve tried twice to un install and reinstall.
App is painful to use on phone
This app is horrible to use on the phone. The website is not bad at all but this app is brutal. I never had an issue with it until the last 2 months or so. Every time I try to respond to a complaint, my keyboard will go away after pressing one letter. Takes me 3 minutes to type one short sentence. Not sure how I’m expected to respond to surveys within a day when I don’t even want to respond to people due to the difficulties with the app.
Can’t edit a template
I can’t edit a response now. Every time I go into edit a template it kicks me out and I have to go back in again. It takes an extremely long period of time to respond to someone now. Please fix this
The scoring system is ridiculous
It takes 5 surveys with a score of 9 and above to make up one 8. It makes no sense to me that the weight of each score is the same and that 8 can drop you just as much as a 0. I don’t agree with the fact that 8s bring you down when in the eyes of so many, 8 is a good score. I firmly believe that if the consumers knew that by giving a person, store, team, an 8 would negatively effect the overall score and count against them, more people would be giving 9s and 10s. If you’re not going to change your scoring system, at least show a scale similar to what is sent to the team receiving the survey. That 0-6 is red, 7-8 is yellow, and only 9-10 is green.
