Clunky, Laggy, Glitchy, Broken
All the other reviews are spot on. I never leave reviews but I am going out of my way for this one. -The app freezes/buffers in the middle of typing just to log in -It signs you out instantly if you even open another app -It crashes/freezes if you try to come back to the app without closing it completely -I think the UI is fine. That’s why they get 1 star. It’s usable, and that’s it I use an up to date iPhone 14 Pro Max so it’s not a problem with my hardware. This review is as of December 2023. By far the worst portal app I’ve ever used.

The app should have an option to cancel a payment in case of a payment error. What would happen if I make a mistake with the payment? La app debería tener una opción para cancelar un pago en caso de algún error. Qué pasaría si cometo un error con el pago?

This app is trash. So is the website. Makes it hard to communicate with your landlords or management companies. Massive charges for using Credit Cards, which isn’t typically the case. Logging in never saves the password. I had my password saved on the website but they seem to have removed the website tenant login. All around just a difficult company that I will attempt to shy away from in the future.

This app signs me out every time I close the app. It is very annoying. If this is a integrated web app with a web view figure out how to store your cookies and authentication tokens. Most basic thing they could have done. If I had been hired by them, this would have been fixed. Use the website. This app is a waste of space

This app is absolutely horrible. I have attempted to let the property manager know that it does not work properly. I’m not sure what this issue is however I have deleted and downloaded again to no avail. Thankful there is a website that I can go to.
