Doesn’t work
I can access the website fine on my computer with no issues but I can’t login on this app and it says my password is wrong. I’ve tried everything, even changing my password, still no luck. Completely unusable.
Links don’t work
It still doesn’t work. Anytime they want me to click on a link to renew policies, I can’t go back to my course without starting all over.
Too many errors
I have had to redo modules too many times due to errors that pop up in the app. The app does not work, you have to use the desktop version. This happened last year, and I thought that by now they would have it fixed. My company makes us use this app, so I don’t even have a choice. Many wasted hours of watching the module, taking the test, only to have it not register that it was completed. This needs to be fixed now. I am definitely voicing my concerns to my company, and maybe they will find another provider for this training.
Server issue
Im trying to access my courses but 80% of the time is says “500 internal server error” please fix your app
