Imagine this: You shell out a whopping $29 every month just to engage in conversations with someone who isn't even a qualified lawyer. Instead, you're left with a mere lawyer assistant who shamelessly promotes their agenda of seeking referrals, while failing to offer any valuable insights or guidance. It's nothing short of a colossal farce, leaving you feeling utterly deceived and shortchanged. This company's claims of providing legal expertise are nothing more than smoke and mirrors, a facade that crumbles under even the slightest scrutiny. It's high time we recognize the true nature of this enterprise and question its worthiness of being associated with any reputable legal community.

Toms of useless time on hold waiting for advice but getting nothing but instructions after instructions on what’s not working on their system and how I need to support by uploading, mailing and updating documents for months. No help at all and even cancelling isn’t working. It’s a trap!

Now, let me start off by saying I'm not a user of this service and I never have been. I'm sure it's a valuable utility under the proper circumstances. That being said, I've been made aware of a rather peculiar marketing system that LegalShield and IDShield are supposedly conducting with a somewhat ambiguous third-party. I was initially sent an email from this "employer" offering paid work from home and asking very little to no questions in the process. They initially claimed to represent the company "PPLSI" until later suggesting they worked directly for LegalShield. They outlined the logistics of their operation in accordance with a video they kindly provided in a link [PPLSI dot PPLSIxInfo dot com]. In summary, the members contact potential clients who they then persuade into purchasing subscriptions of LegalShield which subsequently earns them rank-according dividends within the company, as well as influencing others to join the operation as new associates with the aid of the aforementioned video presentation. Wherein the newly recruited member would pay a mandatory $50 investment for membership and then likewise go about marketing LegalShield subscriptions and gathering more members which earns them "promotions" while generating passive income by proxy. So every member of this business across every rank is performing the same task and all of them do so with the same intention of eventually having someone else do it for them. I suppose the criterium may have it passing as an “MLM” by the span of a hair or so but the general impression was that of shady obliviousness and unsound method. Even their totally legit video gave off the impression as if they were half-heartedly dancing around and narrowly avoiding exposing themselves by way of accidental “pyramid scheme rhetoric,” so to speak.

Wasn’t very helpful initially so I opted to cancel my membership. Spoke with a representative and was give the impression it was cancelled. 6 months later I’m still being charged and they can only legally refund for 2 months. You’re better off speaking to a friend of a friend who is a lawyer.
