Needs updated
For such an advanced websites this app has essentially no features. Needs a ton of updates including accessibility to your reports. It used to work and now doesn’t. Also can’t use Siri talk to text to respond to messages, it’ll delete everything automatically. So many more issues. I’d love to work on things more often on the go but this app makes it impossible. This app is sad.
Tried it twice, never got qualified or substantial help
Tried it twice because the advertising is promising and get some quick advice or a prescription sounds promising. Never worked out. Just paid almost 50$ for nothing.
Bait and switch
Link said it would be $5 to sign up and have a question answered. Then I entered my credit card information and was told I was charged $5 plus a $69 membership fee. Nice trick I congratulate you on your deception and I’m sure it was all above board in the fine print.
Scam
Beware using this app. We had a question and was told it would be a $1 charge. They billed $61 dollars and put us on a monthly subscription plan. It took forever to cancel the monthly plan. Please be careful using the app.
Half the app doesn’t work
Links to any of the personal settings don’t work. I end up doing most of my work on the website outside of the app.
Can’t Use App
App works but it really doesn’t. I can’t request new questions. My Account, Private Messages, and My Dashboard does nothing when you tap on it. Utterly useless. I have to use the website to do anything.
Terrible new ap
The new app is simply terrible, can’t copy and paste, the way the questions are laid out are extremely hard to read. I have opted out of multiple questions accidentally, and JustAnswer won’t even allow us to revert back to the old app. This has affected productivity enormously and it’s very frustrating. At this rate I’ll probably quit JustAnswer. The more they change things, the less we make, and the harder it is to use the service to help customers. Wish they’d listen to their experts. I’m willing to bet They don’t even test these apps thoroughly before rolling them out!
1. Improved clarity and continuity in customer flow by assigning one expert to each customer at a time. 2. Phone call questions through "Get New Question" feature now includes a 5 minute lock 3. Bug fixes and minor improvements.
