App is terrible
The app does not sync well at all! It’s so frustrating, I get notifications a day later sometimes. With Airbnb at least I get their notifications but since I manage multiple accounts on Vrbo I expect to get notified on IGMS and this does not happen quit often. So I never know if I’m getting new reservations on Vrbo or messages from customers, it’s so frustrating!

Although notifications were fixed, it takes sometimes even an hour to get sync with Vrbo and Airbnb. I get notifications from the other platforms and an hour later or more I get the update in iGMS app. It is really frustrating

The app is really bad and now with the new update it doesn’t even open on the phone. I have spent time explaining the issues to customer service but nothing gets improved. Seems that their development budget is so small that they just prefer to lose customers.

I do like the software a lot and it has definitely help with my properties. However the app has so many issues, I stopped receiving notifications put on nowhere and I have all of them turned on in my settings. I’ve been missing messages because I won’t get the notifications or it takes a while for it to even load the inbox. I have to answer directly from Vrbo or airbnb because I won’t even see the message on Igms inbox until later. The notifications not working has been a pain. We really need these loading and notification issues fix! Also, the app on my tablet is even worse, it won’t even open at all, it stays on a white screen for ever and then closes it. Really annoying! Please fix this!

Been using it from 2 years as my property manager uses this, its so horrible with endless issues like infinite looping on load, constant crashes with some json parsing. I wonder how can their engineers not fix such simple issue, they are free to open source the code and we can fix all these issues ourselves
