Not functioning well
Not allowing me to print double sided anymore and not allowing me to select multiple documents. Also, takes a all day for selected documents or photos to show in the selected items list

Default user settings are on over expensive options without informing you. I couldn’t select multiple documents at a time and the payment options are archaic, no I don’t want to put my credit card in for a 2$ purchase, that’s what PayPal is for. This app is “quick and easy” or user friendly.

Doesn’t accept coupon codes. If you accidentally enter a promo code that is conformed to work, you will get stuck on in the payment method screen telling you to remove the promo code. You can’t access the promo code page. The only fix I found was to delete all the contents of my cart and retry. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend two hours filling your cart, not being able to use a promo code that is valid, then being stuck on an endless loop of an error page forcing you to start over. Please fix this. I can’t be the only person dealing with this nightmare of an app.

Tried to print 7 pages I needed next morning. App defaulted to next day print. At store they wanted a $17 same day fee for printing 7 pages.

This app is poorly integrated to iPhone capabilities. No connect to apple wallet. Nothing fun in complete entry, errors, then re entry of credit card info.

My door tag says open app to scan the bar code. Problem-do you guys ever try these apps yourself? There is nothing in this app that allows scanning. Your for door tag is not compatible with your app!
