The APS eSELFSERVE mobile app provides employees with convenient and secure access to important tools and information. Employees can easily view their personal information, pay stubs, tax forms, and work schedule. In addition, employees can quickly clock in and out, and request time off. Please note that the eSELFSERVE mobile app is only available to authorized customers of APS.
App Not Working
App does not load when signing in. Once putting log in information there is nothing on the Home Screen except for the information symbol.
Blank Screen
My app all of a sudden started logging me into a blank screen. My HR department nor the Eself-service tech-support does not know how to fix the issue. Frustrating!

Doesn’t load after login
I tried to find their tech support but the mobile web on phone is completely disabled. When i login it just loads a blank screen. Ever since they integrated manager control into my app, i cannot access anything on the mobile app. Pretty useless for checking in my employees or even looking at my own pay stubs. I’ll remove the review if someone from their tech team actually helps me with this issue since that seems impossible. Would love to actual use this app like how it use to be.
It working since last update.
I have used this app for a few years on my iPad to log my hours into my timesheet. Since the last update, it has not worked. I have had to load the app onto my Motorola phone. It works there.
Just kinda bad overall
I went onto the app to try to print out my W-2 only to realize I couldn’t print or make a pdf using the app. So I tried the website, but they don’t have a Mobil website. So I then went to my laptop to try, the website was so glitchy my laptop restarted 3 different times and it took my actual w-2 around 4 minutes to load, and even longer to actually download. I’m glad my job only uses this for tax forms and nothing else. This seems very frustrating to deal with all the time
Constantly kicks me out
Every time I try to log back in to look a my pay stubs, it says that my username or password is incorrect. When I try to reset my password it also says the same thing. I know I’m putting in my info correctly because I have it all written down. This needs to be fixed because I don’t want to annoy my manager every time asking for a new login info just so I can see how much I was paid.
