The DealerSafeguard Solutions mobile app is designed for our customers to be able to scan licenses, insurance cards, and other documents form their iOS device. In order to use this application, you must have a valid user account and be an active DealerSafeguard Solutions customer.

This stupid app works all day until I have a customer right in front of me. Then I have to ask repeatedly to get their license back from them to rescan it. So inconvenient and frankly embarrassing.

Frustrating
This app seems to have issues across the Apple platform. It doesn’t work most of the time when it comes to scanning correctly. My coworkers have Android and seem to have no issues with this app. Not sure why there is a difference in performance between platforms but it is frustrating to deal when working with a customer.
Needs an update for the new iOS
Ever since moving up to the new iPhone, the app has become unusable. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app but I’ve only ever had a problem since having the iPhone 15 Pro.

After reset password, login successfully but not able to scan license. “Touch box for front image” nothing happen.
Functionality
The idea of the app is great but it’s a 50/50 chance if it’ll work when your using it. Like other comments have said, makes it difficult and frustrating when working deals. Also, not enough effort put into making this app. It looks like I could’ve made this on my desktop in 5 minutes.
Scanning Issues
Won’t let me scan documents or IDs, just takes the picture and freezes forcing me to shut down the app. Only started happening in the last 3 weeks
