Scanning ID takes too long
I had to scan it 4 times, changing lighting, orientation, etc. PITA!

I love the app. It’s convenient to use. All you have to do is follow the steps.

Most of the app entering information was pretty straightforward however, taking a selfie while putting one finger on your nose is quite difficult. Secondly, from an international perspective when you enter your postal code and you don't have a UK address, it will not accept it. since I live in the US and have a ZIP Code, but does not recognize the address from the ZIP Code.

It has taken 4/5 driving licenses which it accepts only to be told later they are blurred, 2 attempts at scanning a passport. As yet unknown if the 2nd one is acceptable. It’s easier to get an appointment with the Pope!!!
