Invalid user and password
My account is correct but it gives an invalid password error. Will keep it 1 star until it’s fixed
United StatesSSO Login Credentials Don’t Work
Using the credentials that work on my desktop system don’t work in this app. When I click on ‘forgot password’ it sends me to a browser within the app that DOES accept my credentials. So is this app just a front end for a web interface?

Cant login directly to the app. Can on the web browser and when it pulls up forgot password it logs in but through web browser making app pointless. Needs fix.

One would think that a company that claims to be the industry standard for certifications would put time into the app that promotes their industry standards. This app continues to validate why I have stayed away from CompTIA as a whole.
