Let me start by saying it costs me 7.50 (.50 per minute) for a 15 min phone call. Half the time the calls are dropped 30 seconds in and still charged .50 cents for a full minute, then i have to spend .50 for a text to tell the inamte that it dropped and when i report bugs each time, it tells me i had already reported a bug and wont submit a new one even tho it was a new call. Other times when the calls are abruptly disconnected and i try to call back, it says "call is already in progress" how can we possibly be in a call already if im calling back? It does not allow 3way🤦‍♀️ they refuse to refund you for "stolen" funds during these "bugs/technical issues" it has been ongoing for an entire month. When i reported it to the BBB, they made claims that "i used foul language(untrue), that i made duplicate complaints to the BBB(untrue)" and other outrageuous false claims in order to not be held accountable for their indescresions and provide a resoloution. The fees are outrageous. To put 100$ on there, they take off 30$ in unnessecary fees. Taxes i can understand but high statement fees, high processing fees and other high ridiculous and unnessecary fees too? I screenshot everything so my claims are legit and accounted for. Customer service rep was awesome but when j needed them "system is down so we cannot process refunds" i know it was down because my funds were stolen during the outsge. I would not reccomend at all and tbh, if we had any other choice, i woukd not be using these services. This is a prime example of price gouging. I see people commenting that theyre only charged 4$ but i wonder why each one of our visits are 7.50.

Phone number is of no use only pertains to a life alert device, needs to be more thorough on what to do, I had made a payment putting in the information and it does nothing as if it just did it just to get my information. Says cancel payment or return to page and does nothing after 20 min .
