The Chi MPEA Tax App gives Chicago taxi drivers an easy way to buy stamps to pick up passengers at the Midway and O’Hare airport terminals. With this app, you can create an account using your driver’s license and buy Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority (MPEA) stamps. You can display stamps on the app to be scanned. You can save payment information and see the stamps you have bought and used.
App not sending code to login
I haven’t been able to login into my account because the app won’t send a code to my phone. Have contacted everyone and been to the offices no one can help
Cannot create new account
The app does not let me complete every field requiered in order to open a new account. There is no website where you can do so? This app is am joke so far
New App
Took a while to set it up and running. If you’re registered with the old app, you need a password reset request using your email address. But the trick is: the code takes a while to arrive, and it ends up in the junk folder. Because of previous experience with similar situation, I waited a while and then checked my junk folder multiple times before finding the code. To avoid future correspondences from this company ending up in the junk folder, forward that mail to your inbox. Then, Apple will recognize them in the future as legit.

Won’t scan back of DL
I try scanning the back of my Wisconsin Driver License and it will not scan. Just gives me an error box that something went wrong. Very frustrating.

I have the old app with my stamps. It stopped working and I have downloaded the new app. It’s not allowing me to log in. I have requested to reset my password but they are not sending me any email or pass code. I have been stock for the past 3 days. The number am calling that is listed, no one is answering. You guys need to do something about your customer service
