Absurd
Now that Bosch is charging clients for this app, somehow it’s gotten even worse. If you like having to re-sign in several times a day with Singlekey… boy is this the app for you!!!

This app is so bad how did they make it worse?
This app is so bad how did they make it worse? Ver 3.0 is a nightmare. No WAN support you can only access the cameras from the same local network. Bosch tech support is from Costa Rica (love the county) but the technicians have no idea what’s going on with the hardware or software. They are completely incompetent.
BVS doesn’t work
Unfortunately my iPhone updated the BVS app automatically. The PTZ doesn’t work at all. Ran test on camera and all seems good. Even when I login through web browser, PTZ doesn’t work. Very disappointed in the updated version. Older version worked great.

The automatic update made to the app. USELESS. The new app will not allow me to connect to any of my sites. We have customers with DIP 3042-4HD. Need 2.3 version back till the new version is properly equipped to handle all systems.
Does not work after updating
Unable to connect to DIP3042 dvr after updating the app, I get a message saying “The device is not supported”
