Dysfunctional
So not only did the DHA waited last minute to assign a caseworker for my voucher but when it was finally issued to me, my caseworker told me that it would show up in this app within 24 to 48 hours. I’ve already found a house and contacted the landlord. He asked about my housing voucher size and no one knew because the voucher still isn’t in my bob.ai account. Now he’s showing the house to someone else and I missed my opportunity because even though the voucher was released to me, it never showed in my bob account and still hasn’t. Tried contacting DHA about it and of course no one has called me back or contacted me. I emailed bob support and contact app and they told me through a email to find a tab with customer service on it and when I told them that I couldn’t find one, nothing else was done about it. So now me and 4 children are two weeks away from being homeless. Smh thanks a lot for making me miss out on that house I wanted and for absolutely nothing 🤦🏾♀️

The app does not allow the landlords to remove their information from the website. Most of the homes are listed with full details and landlord numbers. There is no way to know if the home is occupied before applying.

Whoever made the user interface for this app, and for their website needs to be questioned. If I could give it negative stars, AND warn people to stay away I would. It's a shame that an app designed to help people is so difficult to use. Purposefully... -A frustrated landlord

When Bob.ai launched, were existing tenants and landlords suppose to migrate from the PHA to Bob.ai? How are migration glitches managed. The frequently asked questions needs enhancements to make it useful.should basic Example: What is a relationship code? How to obtain a code? Do you need a code for each property or is only one code needed that attaches the landlord to the PHA? How to add an existing tenant not shown in the system? Note the system asks for a relationship code during app setup. When one attempts to locate a property, the system asks the user to enter the relationship code. This generates a message that says “the code is is already in use”. How to delete a property that you no longer own. How to delete or deactivate a tenant that you no longer have. Identify hours of operation. Hours of operation? Are services provided 24/7 or 8 hours/ day? Hopefully by implementing common sense tools and explanations, it will empower users & prevent overwhelming incoming complaints/ concerns. Thank you P.s. I’d be happy to help.
