Stalled
This app used to work really well. I’d daily check my usage to see how my solar production was impacting my electricity purchases. Now, it just freezes. Mostly useless.
Stopped Working
Since iPome update to iOS 16, I am unable to log in to my account. The app freezes up at the log in page.
Could be More Useful
The app could be so much better than it is. Even if it just offered Apple Pay I’d use it.
What’s going on?
I used to be able to log on and access my usage. Now I am constantly having issues getting on. I have to go to my laptop to get on, but that doesn’t give u the breakdown in numbers like the phone app used to. Need to update this app!
Used to work but not anymore
Was a useful app until it broke. Can’t access anymore. Tried uninstalling and resetting the password and it doesn’t work.
Nice Detailed Usage Reports
The app works well, responds fast, and shows detailed usage information at 15-minute intervals (with the necessary meter installed on the house), which is handy when on the “Free Nights and Weekends” plan. Overall, happy with the app and with the company.
Can’t sign in
This app hasn’t worked since at least iOS 14.2. It just sits at a screen saying it’s signing me in, never actually signing me in.
Made changes to keep code base current with the latest software, to maintain good coding standards, to eliminate potential bugs, and to prepare for future projects.
