How is has upper management not improved this app
Angis has been a huge money pit. I haven’t heard 1 good thing about this app from any other business owners I’ve gotten jobs off this app. The thing is they get customers to sign up without realizing it. This is why they never answer your calls. Causing you to waste money and time. This company is unethical and needs new upper management in my opinion

I started an application, thinking it was a Angi Leads, which was originally recommended by a friend. I had five representatives call me between Friday and Tuesday. I told every representative I was not interested in to remove me from the call list, yet they kept calling. I would not trust my money with the company that demonstrates this level of incompetency.

I have absolutely no support from the app. When I bought the app, it was promised that I would have a one-year follow-up with someone who speaks Portuguese. After I signed up, for two weeks now, I've been begging for someone to help me in my language, and no one even responds. It's regrettable.

I’m paying 1500$ per month and all the leads I get are 100% trash, those people can’t even afford my services I couldn’t close even 1 lead, they promised me 1 person from the platform working for my profile this is trash and they are a bunch o crooks

Esta compañía cuando me vendieron el contrato por un año me dijeron que me darían más de 30 leads al mes, si llegan pero la mayoría no te contestan y más de la mitad de los clientes que te llegan son estafas. cuando empezó el contrato con ellos ellos ofrecen todo como si fueras a generar mucho dinero y quiero que sepan que tengo más de un año pagándole a Anguie por más de seis meses les pagué $500 al mes y los tuve que sacar de mi bolsillo porque ellos no generan clientes solamente quiero asegurarme de qué todas las personas sepan que ellos no ofrecen lo que prometen. Soy un negocio pequeño y la necesidad de clientes me llevó a tomar la decisión. Porfavor no pierdan su dinero menos si son negocios pequeños . 😓

Angi Ads is very aggressive in sales. They will call you endlessly to sign up and promise wonderful things. Our new company decided to give it a try and gave in to the scam. Within 1 month we decided to cancel. Wasn't going to pay another $1,195.13 to generate 0 business. All the leads were from customers not truly interested in our services because they applied for something else. Some leads had disconnected numbers. Other leads would just never answer when you called, texted and sent emails. I called to cancel. They stated it had to be with my client success manager. Whose name is Jack Atwood. I called multiple times a day and he was always in a meeting. Sent emails that he never replied to. Asked to escalate to his supervisor, was always told they had to open a case and someone would get back to me…. Never happened. Scheduled a meeting with Jack Atwood and he canceled the meeting. Responded 8 days later after I had to pay for the second month saying sorry for any confusion but you need to pay the second month, take Advantage. I asked to speak to him and emailed my concerns back how I shouldn’t have to pay 2nd month since I tried canceling prior to new month… and he never got back to me. His supervisor never contacted me. Worst experience. Now I have Angi leads calling and at first I was going to try it out and just cancel my month with Angis ads but after my horrible canceling experience, I am running from anything with the name Angis.
