So so bad
I can’t believe how bad this application is. From unable to login with generic Error Has Occurred message to unable to update my personal information with (again) Error Has Occurred message to not being able to review different accounts. Even leaving a feedback seems to be a major challenge when attempting to do this from within the app. I will give it a couple more days and uninstall it as it is absolutely useless.

I am unable to setup the app. The only numbers listed to receive the one time code are all of my non-mobile numbers! The only number not listed is my mobile number! Argh!

I’ve been using app for 4 years after my 401K was moved from one of big boys. It is a view of all my employee benefits including 401K. For people that just want to see grand totals of 401K data, it is fine . But for those that want to check fund performance basic numbers, forget about it. You can navigate to a Morning Star PDF of details one fund at a time but very clunky. The web site version is just the same presentation as app. A couple other major investment institutions’ apps I have experience with use simple table format views to present detailed performance data making far easier to research and even see various graph views. Ex Fidelity & Vanguard. I question if app developers even have there financial investments with Alight.

Some tabs are not working Some info is repeated: medical cost and medical coverage show the same info. I feel medical coverage should documents on Coverage! It keeps on asking me to add my choice of communication; I see my email adddress is already there, but it keeps on asking me to choose but cannot save it because is already there! I can go on! I hope they fix it! Soon !
