App is Clumsy but Adequate for Phones#s and Emails
Contrary to some comments Act Companion is searchable by Company and by Name. The operation is not intuitive but once you learn it it is adequate. Also the phone numbers for contacts that have multiple phones are there too, not intuitive but easy once learned. Adding a contact has the same issue, it is not intuitive but once you learn it it is adequate. I prefer Act Companion over the several after market programs I have tried. The good thing is it is free and is always in sync with the database.
Terrible
For as good as ACT is, this app is terrible. An calendar update was just implemented but the mobile app doesn’t sync. Takes forever to navigate around and so much isn’t available on the app. Sadly, since going to cloud based, ACT performance has gone down overall.

Much better and faster than earlier versions but no landscape ipad version? In todays day and age? And still hard to add a new activity and it is cumbersome. This could be a great app for field sales reps but needs improvement. But a lot better than when tried last year.

20 year ACT! User.
Horrendously Horrible especially when compared to Act! I simply cannot understand how to schedule an activity. There absolutely no support! Do NOT buy this.
New version doesn’t work
I upgraded to the newest version and now it completely does not work on my iPhone 11+ (which has the newest iOS installed)
