What password do
This amazing SOFTWARE THINKS I have a password, before I even use the app. So I am not able sign in, because there’s no password that I have installed. There’s no provision on the home screen for “new user” or “create a new account”, unbelievably high tech going on here… How can I use an app whereas I never had a password; forget it I’m done….

I would like to support an audiobook provider that is not made by a big tech company, but I need the ability to listen in more ways than just on my phone. I need a web app, or some way to listen on both macOS and Windows. I need AirPlay to listen from my HomePod, but this is literally the second audio app out of dozens I have seen that does not support that. Chromecast would be nice too. And Siri Shortcuts that work as good as Google Play Books, not a requirement, would be nice too. Unless I can listen to Nook audiobooks on more than just my phone with Bluetooth or local speakers/headphones, I will not be making another purchase from here. For those who are saying you cannot purchase books on the app, do not blame B&N for that, that is due to a dumb rule by Apple preventing 3rd party apps who want to use their own payment systems from using those within apps. B&N, who have their own payment system, would likely save a lot from using their own payment system and potentially passing the savings onto you. You can buy books from the website on your device.

Maybe I’m missing something, but I have had this app for a few days and don’t see the point in having it on my phone (or tablet for that matter). I see no prices listed and don’t see a way to down load audiobooks at all. I used the regular nook app to down load an audiobook which works great through the regular app. The only thing I seem to be able to do is create a wish list which I can also do on the regular app also. So why do I want this app? It seems to be a waste of time, data, and space. Time to delete unless someone can tell me what I’m missing.☹️

This is the most outdated app. It does. It allow for resetting password if you don’t know your security question. If I knew the question, I probably know the answer. If I know the answer, I’d probably know my password.

I have purchased around 20+ books worked great up till about 4 month’s ago then it wouldn’t download then books after purchasing them their customer service tells me to uninstall my app and reinstall it well tried to delete it and now it won’t go away it’s just a grey box on my screen (iPhone 8+) and now I have all these books I cannot listen to all
