When you’re logged into the app, everything works just fine. That being said, this app has logged me out countless times, forcing me to log back in. The issue has happened again to me today and I could not remember my password, even though I’m certain I was using the right one, tried to reset it and now the app will not send me a confirmation email, so now I am unable to log into my account. You currently have 1.7 stars on the App Store, like my brothers in Christ fix your app. You’re a company with a net worth of 4.7 million dollars according to Google, with an aisle of books that are dedicated to helping dummies. Suggestion, find the book that is titled “Software Development for Dummies,” consume the knowledge inside of it, then create a functioning app, and regain my respect.

Some books are for adults but most are like kid it has toys it has things what else do you want I’m gonna to give it five stars it’s cool it’s fun you can even look up books I feel like parents should be putting cards on kids phones if they’re responsible and mature they could like buy books teachers moms dad‘s parents whoever you live with put A card on your child’s phone even an iPad work but it’s just books it’s not toys it’s not make up it’s not skin care it’s not things to buy on other apps it’s books so like you don’t even have to go to the store to go get it you can just buy it online and get it delivered to your house it’s not like they just buying it without your permission they have to get it shipped and paid for on the app so like you’re seen and you can look up at the books and I just feel like you don’t have to go anywhere you can just sit on the couch and look up books all day if you wanted to so so adults I am eight and I use this app all day I buy my friends books when it’s their birthdays they love it I barely go to like Barnes & Noble‘s the store so I feel like this is a good thing to teach kids that you don’t have to go somewhere to get books you can just look it up online and parents I’m not saying this to get like your kids to get like Instagram Snapchat Facebook TikTok I’m saying they should be allowed to buy books for the education so I’m going to get this one let’s try I don’t want anybody to give it a 32 or one like that a five or four or 4 1/2 of 5 1/2 I don’t care whatever you’re feeling that day just like kids express their self don’t be so mean actually let them do the stuff and I’m not saying you have to like put a card card on there like you can put it on there take it off put it on there and stuff like that I want you to try it I want you to see how they are using the card and also I my mom put her card on my iPhone and I bought something without her permission and she got a notification that her card got used so even if your kids do do that then you know to take it off and give them a lecture about it and tell them not to do that again but I just want you to give it a try and put it on there thank you also I have a TikTok page go follow it it is Adilyn no it’s ads ADDS so go follow me please I’m trying to hit like 20,000 followers 2024 followers I don’t even care this point already have 188 so thank you guys come follow me please OK 👋

Whenever I have tried to order with this app I receive a message saying that every credit card I try to use for payment cannot be accepted, even though I use these same cards to make payments at the Barnes & Noble register. Calling for help from Barnes & Noble results in nothing but a suggestion that I uninstall and reinstall the app, but I have done this *twice* without resolving the problem .

The B&N app is extremely slow and the login function quite simply does not work. Have reset password … it’s not the password - it’s your app. It is terrible.

I have never written an app store review before, but I almost feel like I have to. I’m trying to use Amazon less because I know they aren’t a very nice company. So I tried to buy some books on here. I try one credit card of mine at check out and then realize i need to use a different one. I click “Edit” to change my card information. It doesn’t work. It— doesn’t — work? The edit card function, just—- nope? it’s just such a competitive marketplace and such a low bar for coding…. I’m stunned.
