App crashed multiple times
The app crashed multiple times at exactly the spot when I entered my credit card details. When the app was re-launched, the cart was emptied by the crashes. So, I decided to read the reviews here and found out about possible gimmick by Courts advertising an item that is out of stock. Not going ahead with the purchase and will be deleting this app.

Ordered a mobile phone online on 5th.mail comes in next day say no stock. Earliest delivery is 10 days later. No indication of no stock on the item page. Made cancellations on 7th. Took 1 week for email to say refund being processed. Told to wait till 28th. Now is 4/4 still no news. Deduction take so fast. Refund take forever. Now so conveniently say system migration.

Some of their staff are rude & some are arrogant. Look down on people that use flexiplan, luckily I decided to pay full amount instead of instalment. Ask their delivery man how they treat them.

It may seemed a steal with their attractive promotion during special occasion like 10-10. I was stupid enough to buy multiple times and get disappointed. There is no confirmation of the delivery date after you paid online. And when you call the customer service, they will tell you that they need to check and you are lucky if you eventually get your goods delivered after 3 weeks or longer.

Do not believe in their sales gimmicks. Courts are advertising discounts on their online store when they don’t even have stock of the items. They just blatantly continue to sell items that they do not possess in stock and subsequently uses delay tactics to postpone delivery of item. They don’t even have the courtesy to inform customers that they do not have the said item in stock on their online stock prior to purchase. They will only inform customer on the DAY OF DELIVERY that item is out of stock and delivery needs to be rescheduled. Even after 2 weeks of checking back with them they can’t even give an update on when item will be back in stock and when will customer be able to receive item! Unbelievable.. Even after requesting cancellation of the online order, they still continue to delay the refund process. And the customer service staff even raised her voice when im requesting for her to put up urgent request for refund to my cc else i would have to pay the cc company two thousand over dollars upfront for something i did not and will not receive! Extremely disappointing service. Buyer please beware before purchase!!

Read a review and sad to say, I had the same issue where delivery didn’t turn up. Do not trust this company. This app is bad, so are their online experience and the useless membership program. Never going to buy from them again.
SingaporeLousy App + Failed Gift Voucher
App keeps logging me out. It’s such a hassle to keep trying to log back in. Purchased an egift voucher and wanted to use it for my online purchase. But when I tried to apply it 10 mins later, it says that it is no longer valid or expired?? Thought to myself - maybe the egift voucher code is not registered in the system yet since it has only been 10 mins. The next day I tried again, FAILED. Lousy system overall, DO NOT PURCHASE COURTS ONLINE.
