Frustrating to use
When you use this app it will automatically adjust the brightness on your phone to maximum and often it does not turn it back to the original brightness. Also, you get unnecessary pop ups when trying to scan the qr at check out. This blocks the qr and forces the user to dismiss the voucher pop up before you can scan. I believe there is a lot of room for improvement- I always hate having to use the app. Also, it doesn’t remember my default store for scan and go and forces me to detect it every time i use this “feature”
Please stop adjusting the brightness setting on my device
This app is often slow and lagging. I am forced to force close and reopen and it always forces my brightness setting to maximum without always turning it back down. It is quite frustrating. When the app actually works it is pretty nice, but these usability bugs should be addressed.
Apple Pay is broken with the latest iOS
Apple Pay is still broken. Latest iOS and latest FairPrice app. Nothing happens after paying with Apple Pay. On the Apple Pay side, the “ding” of approval can be heard. But Fair Price app just stalls.

Can’t check out because Apple Pay is broken. Apple Pay cleared the payment but there was no response from this app.
Improved over time but much fundamental experience problems
1. After a few pages, none of the images showed up. 2. After a few add to cart interactions, the app slows down and took a while to respond to scrolling 3. App crashes often
APP crashed
First time to install this APP and couldn’t login . It kept crashing and refused to login. Never met an APP like that. Such a terrible experience!
Poor Customer Service
App will no longer process my international Visa card. I was able to use previously, but it suddenly stopped working. My card continues to work fine with other merchants and the bank says I have all security requirements in place, yet customer support claims it is an issue with my bank and not related to any changes they made. Additionally their response time takes weeks and doesn’t actually provide helpful information, other than to use a local card…..
