Scammy and Shady AF
Very scammy and quite expensive for customers. Besides the delivery charge, they have a so called handling fee and pick up fee. Mind you when my order arrived I had to pay extra because the amount in the app is less than what was asked from me by the rider as per their host. Anyway, not ordering from here again, sorry merchants but food panda for customers is better

The order took at least 2 hours to come the driver took so long finding the address when all the order food delivery apps had no problem finding it, all orders came wrong worst food app ever. On top of that even had handling fee separate from the delivery fee, for this awful experience what type of handling was that.

An hour has gone by after placing my order without any calls. Then a call goes through ASKING ME WHERE THIS RESTAURANT IS. And let me put it out there that the system says that the order is being processed when the driver is not even there yet. No communication from the app, restaurant, and driver. Its been more than an hour now and the system refused me to cancel. Better just get the number of the restaurant you are gonna buy from and ask a delivery from them. This app is completely useless. Sayang oras. Different Order: Driver has his own price. App says 390+ he days 400+. ANO BA TALAGA

I have this app for months now, I've never used it because it just kept freezing at checkout. Deleting it now as it is totally useless for me. Really dissapointing.
