add new payment method does not work
I used to have a credit card associated with the starbucks app as payment method I needed to replace it with another credit card so I removed the existing and tried to add the new card but the app is not able to save it.
App has Gotten Worse
The app has gotten worse. There is no option to order online anymore cause we can’t choose any of the stores. If it isn’t functional anymore, might as well just remove the option of ordering online. There wasn’t also any communication about changes/updates to the app. Poor development and management of the app.
Transaction History
I really like using this app, but I wish the transaction history shows ALL transactions including purchases and the remaining balance on each transaction line. This way, we can back track if our remaining balance is lower than what we are expecting or from what we remember.
Free drink na sana
This app is misleading it says that i have 100 points to a reward but when i tried to redeem it the app log out itself all my payment details gone all a waste of time
Editing Inbox
There should be an option to select all mails in the inbox to delete instead of selecting them one by one.
Branches don’t turn on mobile order
What’s the point of this app if not for mobile orders? Seriously?
Terrible in every way
I used to drink Starbucks daily but the app and rewards irritated me so much I switched brands. The rewards are so minimal, it’s got to be the least generous rewards program in the world and we all know coffee doesn’t anything so that makes it even worse. But more importantly they’ve now taken 3 of my free reward coffees. All 3 in a row. So I’ve earned 3 free drinks and Starbucks has taken all of them. Even when I emailed them, tweeted them, nothing, no reply, no oh I’m sorry here let me give you the freebie you earned, nope nothing. They took the first free coffee by doing an app update and saying they won’t transfer free coffees to the new app. (Why not?) They took the second free coffee because I found out they have expiry dates. (Why?) And they took my third 3 coffee because their app has password/login issues and I wasn’t able to login so had to create a new account.
