I need to update my profile so I could properly close my account but the app just goes directly to close and transfer account without any other option available. Since I can’t close my account without updating my info, the transfer simply fails over and over again

I had the great experience banking with ING ❤️🥲 I’m not a fan of the local banks because of my experience with them. I’m glad that ING existed, saved me from the hassles of opening a bank account. What I love about them are the no cap, lock in period with your money. Also, I can withdraw to any ATM’s with no charge. They really empowered their customers on that one. The UI of their app is really easy to use unlike other banks. It just breaks my heart that they are leaving the retail bank service in the country 😭💔 I just hope that they consider going back because I just love ING that much because of my great experience. Now there’s a hole in my heart you’re leaving 😔😞
