If you have forgotten your login details you need to go through the registration process again. Crusty App and Convoluted Website
The app and website are indeed challenging. The UI could use lots of rework. You need to have logged into the app same UID and PW as website and then an Authenticator option is available in the app left menu. You don’t login to access the authentication. If you have 2 cards as we do and need to change your UID (it’s greyed out) then you need to go to System Apps ING CC App and toggle on Reset Data at Next Start. Restart app.
Horrible app
Just like the other reviews - the app won’t authenticate a login from the website. Horrible this has been an issue so long and it’s still not resolved.
Authenticator issue
Not able to get an Authenticator code via app any longer. Even though that is needed if you want to log on via website. How to fix this? Not a user friendly app in general.
Worst app experience of a lifetime
While the normal ING Banking app is one of the best apps I've used, the ING CommCard app is a never ending source of frustration. My current problem is related to the fact that I cannot log in to the ING Commercial Card Website without a 2 Factor Auth Code provided by the app. I'm in the app, but there's nowhere to get a code. When I log out and back in to the website a code is not pushed to the app either. This is not the first time I've had problems with the ING Commercial Card technical infrastructure. This app should be scrapped in its entirety and they should start again from scratch (maybe with a new development team and lead software architect). Sorry ING, I expected much more from you.
