DO NOT EVER BOOK YOUR MAID SERVICE HERE. I am very dissatisfied with them, I have paid 500++ for cleaning services biweekly, they only sent 2 times, after that we got cancelled not once but few times… pls give us refund back.. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT

Dont waste your time and money for their service. Booked 2pm for 2 maid 4 hours, reached at 1230pm, came 2 person and they ended ard 330. They keep using their phone, do audio texting or call all the time. Due to there is 2 person, they must stick to each other and not able to separate to get work done. No professional skill nor attitude.

I have paid for deep cleaning from this app and paid rm 310 for 6 hours, the maid did a general cleaning one, and suddenly want to go back already after 3 hours, i said i book for 6 hours, then only the maid knew it. So many misinformation from management and not only i paid for deep/ spring cleaning but i got like basic cleaning, it's not worth 310 ringgit at all, i didnt blame to maid as they didn't know it is deep cleaning and they only got paid 60 ringgit per person. LOL I PAID 310 and u paid ur maid rm60? 10 ringgit per hour? LOL. I MESSAGE THE MANAGEMENT AND ASKED FOR AT LEAST SOME REFUND AS THIS IS NOT DEEP CLEANING AT ALL, I HAVE SHOWN PROOFS BUT NO RESPONSE AT ALL, TRUST ME DON'T BOOK THIS APP AT ALL, I PRAY YOUR COMPANY WILL SHUT DOWN ONE DAY. NOW I HAVE TO BOOK FOR ANOTHER MAID FOR CLEANING MY HOUSE. I LOST MY 310 ringgit, I HAVE BOOKED SO MANY MAID FROM OTHER APP AND THEIR TOTAL IS ALMOST THE SAME WITB GRABMAID BUT THEY HAVE DONE A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB!! GRAB MAID IS LIKE THE WORST EVER. I couldn't find any of the platform to rate the service. Congratulation to you, you have just won my FIRST review in app. Bravo. The CS is responsive in Whatsapp, I guess this is the only positive I can think of. Now come to the speechless: 1. I added RM 25.00 for the tools and detergent, but the helper didn't bring mop, no pail. She make a call to the manager, and guess what? The manager ask me to buy a new one because he has left the area. 🤦🏿♀️ 2. She used my dish detergent to clean the dust and I was sooooo speechless. I told her that is for dish wash not for you to wipe away dust. She took out a new bag of sop from her bag. 🤦🏿♀️ 3. I have a water leakage at the kitchen sink, I didn't realize until the helper found out. Thanks to her. However, she continue to clean the wipe cloth at the kitchen sink. I asked her you already know you shouldn't turn on the tap but why are u still doing? She replied: water flow out stronger from here. 🤦🏿♀️ of course she stopped using the kitchen sink after I voiced out, I doubt will she continue to use if I didn't say anything. 4. I told her to clean the floor mat, I folded the mats and left to her. She said yes, but I realized she placed the mat nicely on floor. I asked her: have you cleaned it? She said eh? Why I didn't inform her earlier? I was like.... 🤦🏿♀️ 5. Lastly, after sent her off, I realized there was a clogged at bathroom sink. I have 80% confident believe she cleaned the dusty wipe cloth at the bathroom sink. The toilet flush isn't hooked properly. 🤦🏿♀️ This is the FIRST AND ONLY time I use their service. NEVER EVER COME BACK AGAIN.
