Lack of effort
Three years pass and nothing change. Still voucher voucher and voucher. No effort put in create convenience of viewing policy, check GL status, check sustainability, make payment online, give allowance for healthier client by synchronised smart watch. Knowing that elder client won’t use these feature but younger generation will appreciate it, isn’t young and healthy Malaysian your target market ?

I was hoping this app was catered to your policy holders. That it would allow us to view policies, panel clinic/hospital, etc. Vouchers relating to policies that insurance offers should be more front and center. I don’t want to see food and shopping vouchers.
