UTS is an Indian Railways official iOS mobile ticketing application which allows the daily train travellers to book unreserved tickets of Indian Railways using their Smartphone. The application is designed in such a way that it is easy to use and has user friendly interface with features like book ticket, cancel ticket, maintain their profile, manage frequent travel routes , etc.The passenger will use Railway wallet to book the ticket. There are two modes for booking Tickets : (i) Paper (ii) Paperless. In case of paper ticket user has to take a printout from kiosk/counter at concerned station. Whereas in case of Paperless ticket user's Location will be captured to determine he/she is present in valid ticketing area. In this mode no printout is required and the user can directly show his ticket from his smartphone to the TTE. Moreover an alternative to location check has also been introduced in limited stations where a user can scan a unique barcode present at station premises to book his paperless ticket.
Cash debited but not reflected
I made a recharge of rupees 200 to the rwallet. Money was debited from my account but the amount is not added to wallet. The money has to be rollback if the payment is unsuccessful. There is no guarantee for the money paid to rwallet.
Convenient to use
Some glitches are there but it’s overall good.
Feedback and Complaint
The app has a lot of glitches. It doesn’t refresh despite logging out. Once you log in, it doesn’t promptly reflect the ticket that was recently booked. Even if the payment goes through, the ticket doesn’t reflect at times, and the refund isn't processed.
Aklera Station Is Not Mapped in ur List
Dear Sir When i book the ticket from Aklera to Kota by UTS App i am not able to find a Name Aklera so Please add pur town s sation name Aklera in UTS App so that we could book tockets Online Thanks 🙏
App needs to be doing is job correctly
It’s a poor functioning app, I cannot use it for seasonal as well as to get normal ticket. Shows that i need to be in certain km. I stay 2km away from station, Is that my fault. “Save time and money”, is what you say. First, fix your app and then that can be possible. You’ve wasted so much time of mine to book tickets and later show that that cannot be possible because of your stupid policy. 200mts is understandable but 7154mts like what??? Also I’m not able to give my honest feedback correctly because it shows that i have unauthorised characters like What the heck (in your app)
Provide extension ticket service on season ticket
This app is awesome for ticket or season ticket. But please kindly ad extension ticket service which is important for season ticket holder.
Worst experience
Previously this app was very good to use Not it glitch’s a lot And it’s creating difficulty in booking the tickets Most of the time the train type is empty and when I try to fill still it shows empty It’s becoming worst now . This have happened many times in a row now
