The 'RailMadad' app allows passengers to lodge complaints through Mobile APP & WEB platform and enables them to check real-time feedback on the status of redressal of their complaints.
Excellent and fast service
So, the problem i faced was that the seat i was alloted was occupied by some other people who were refusing to believe that i had a confirmed ticket for my journey but then there was the saviour "rail madad", it was a really quick login and a simple interface to use, within minutes of the issuance of the complaint, I received a call of enquiry about my problem and immediately a Ticket Inspector arrived and the issue was resolved within minutes. I am really happy with the service of Indian Railways and their initiatives, i hope whoever is facing a issue should avail the facilities provided by indian railways.

Useless app
Tried raising a complaint about Ac not working and the app itself is not working. Unable to submit the complaint. Height of irony.
No response
No one listens to your call when the reserved coach is full of unreserved people they literally don’t even come to check when you place complaint.
Worst App
Hi it’s worst app, I have entered correct pnr but it’s not allowing me to raise a request.. not sure what kinda app is this.. Let me know if you need any help to improve the service of the app..

This app is not functioning like other government apps. When attempting to lodge a complaint using this app, you may encounter difficulties. Unfortunately, the app is not working properly.
in this version 2 new facilities 'freight parcel inquiry' and 'Rail Anubhav' have been added.Some issues also have been resolved like top issue.
