I love Uniqlo clothes and wish the app was better. The current version is unusable. You have to log in every single time you open it and you have to do it though a browser. The app is half browser half native experience and different parts are disconnected from each other. Zooming in on images often causes the app to crash. Slow, buggy and difficult to navigate, truly terrible user experience that doesn’t reflect the brand’s values.

I made an account, connected it to the app, and scanned it when I bought something. But when I tried to return it, they said the record in the app wasn't valid, so I couldn't get my money back! Why bother scanning my membership if the purchase history doesn't qualify for a return? And why do I have to give my email again at the checkout even after scanning my membership? This just doesn't make sense to me! I'm deleting the app right away!

Lots of pointless push notifications, cannot turn these off. When you use the app it just navigates to the web as the app is just the loyalty card. Rarely any offers on the app. Main benefit is the e-receipts. I use and then delete the app as it adds no value.
