Super bad user experience in the app
This is horrible to use. They basically just made an "app" that is a web browser. I don't see the benefit in using this app vs the website. Why don't you make a real native app we're you are not asked go login multiple times. And your saved login in your Keychain isn't even shown for easy login.

iPhone gets very warm…
My iPhone 12 mini gets very warm when using the app. So I only use it briefly. Would be nice to not having to go on my computer to browse UNIQLO clothing
Glitchy app
It was such a horrible experience in DK Uniqlo. I liked it in US and Italy. But this is a shame! I came after work with a gift voucher for sweater. First experience in the fitting rooms was terrible . Then Staying in a payment queue I was told that I can use gift voucher only in the app. Do you think they have good internet coverage there? App is glitchy. So after wasting time there O left with nothing. You stole my 1 hour to come here and spent in the store. It is this store who should pass security control for a customer experience. Enjoy your sweater.
Doesn’t work
Log in doesnt work. Works on website but not on app. Reset password, reinstall app, remove from cache, restart phone, wait and repeat … nothing works. What a struggle. You are not making it easy to be a customer.
Ikke bruger venlig app eller online shopping
Hvis du ved præcis hvad du køber i hvilken størrelse, så er online shopping fint nok. Men når du køber nogle af de kjoler som er oversize i stilen og du ikke ved hvordan det sidder, så drop at købe online. Det var en helvede at returnere eller bytte. Pakken kom 1uge senere køb og man skal hente den i butikken. Men hvis du skal returnere det, så skal det ske online. Du kan ikke levere det i butikken. Det er meget forvirrende info på nettet om hvor man skal levere pakken, det står alle “Hermes locations” men det står ikke hvad er en Hermes location. Butik ansatte viste ingenting om det heller. I øvrig man skal selv printe en retur label, så for os som ikke har printer det hjemme, skulle man finde en printet butik først, da butikken kunne heller ikke hjælpe med det. Så tænkte vi, fint vi byttet og køber andet. Men det var også besværlig at gøre fordi det skal være præcis beløb!! Da de ikke kan give penge i retur, men de modtager gerne ekstra penge. Så vi byttet for -1kr, dvs at de skulle give os 1kr i retur, og det jeg ligeglad med. Jeg ville gerne at de skulle beholde den 1kr. Med det gik heller ikke? Så blev jeg tvunget at købe noget mere, for at systemet kan acceptere det. Så fandt jeg selv på at jeg kunne betale 4kr for en pose, og få fred og ro, og komme ud af butikken. Har købt ret meget online før, aldrig har det vært så besværlig. Hvorfor skal man hente pakken i butikken, hvis man ikke kan levere hos dem? Har også købt årevis Uniqlo butikker i flere land. Det vil jeg forsætte, men aldrig online køb igen. Og app’en er ret upraktisk, den husker ikke noget og man skal logge ind hver gang.
