Fixed 2 major bugs, would now highly recommend - but room for some improvement
Highlighted a couple of major bugs when we first started using Inbox a year or two ago, these have now been fixed. Inbox has become part of our daily usage and I personally feel it is a huge help in my day to day sales job. As we are expanding the use of SalesForce globally, it would be a 5 star app if only it was available in multiple/global languages. Currently it is only available in English, which limits uptake on a global scale.
Great concept, but plenty of bugs
The app concept is great, a real pity for the following bugs (please fix these!!): 1. Scrolling from one day to another in the Inbox calendar does not update correctly (e.g. if I scroll from 13th Feb to 14th Feb, I still see the 13th Feb events but on the 14th Feb page). 2. Occasionally the keyboard remains on the screen - this often happens e.g. after relating opportunities to events. This is very annoying and requires the user to force close & reopen the app. 3) Sometimes emails go missing, and logging out and back in is a painful process with a custom domain…plus the settings go back to factory. 4) Various occasional bugs e.g. unable to log back in… If the issues above could be fixed it would be amazing, but currently the app is very frustrating. A company the size of Salesforce should really have sorted these basic things out by now.
iOS 16.4 - No email notification received
I am currently using iPhone 13 pro my notifications are turned on and not receiving the new email push notifications after updating my device to latest software update of apple iOS 16.4. When this issue will be resolved this is ridiculous. Please resolve the issue!
