Everything is good with the app. Would love though to have a choice of portrait or landscape on the iPhone like the iPad does, as it would not restrict view on the dashboard through the windscreen

It was great to have these chargers available up there. Quite narrow parking lanes and quite heavy cables. However, much needed at this location. One other Tesla there when I charged. I used the Electroverse card, it worked very well. No problems!

Electroverse only filter doesn’t seem to work on plotting a trip, it also doesn’t show the charger pricing for the trip so not sure what the point of this app? Sure I can go to map view without navigation to see pricing of chargers but not really viable when driving in unfamiliar areas. All I need this app to do is tell me the routes to a location say Newcastle and give me the options of fastest route and cheapest route and what kWh price will be at the charge stops, that’s about all I need.

I need help with an incorrect priced invoice but there is no way to contact support, only thing I can see in the app’s help is faqs and an empty box that says “this is where messages from our team will appear”. No email nor form nor chat.

I really like this app, it’s by far the best designed option for finding chargers. But for some reason my app is now stuck in dark mode and i can’t find a toggle to turn it off. My system is in light mode. Please fix this, I struggle reading light text on a dark background so have gone back to ZapMap for now which is nowhere near as good 😕

I love the expansion of the network of partner chargers but have just spent 30mins+ hunting for a charger on Electroverse map that turned out to be a private one. Clarity in information section would be really helpful. Project EV were super helpful on this occasion and found me a local public charger nearby, thankfully.
