I hate this company.
I hate the whole company and this app! The app doesn’t even have an option for making an account, and when I tried to check the balance on the phone the AI didn’t let me finish saying the card number, I got no reply from the text and the website told me it failed! When I tried to check my balance buy buying something in a shop, the card failed to scan! And guess what? The card hadn’t even expired! I hope your company goes out of business, DO NOT BUY THESE GIFT CARDS!

After a lot of frustration it turns out the verification code kept going to the person who bought my gift card! When I eventually entered it into the app I couldn’t see my card anywhere! Who knows where it’s gone! What a complete waste of time and money!!

The app automatically assumed I had an account and wouldn’t let me set one up (I’ve never used this app in my life). I am unable to activate my card. Definitely will not be purchasing again, it has been such a waste of time and now money as I cannot use the card.

received one as a gift, tried to use it at online retailers, didn’t work. tried to use it in store, didn’t work. got a replacement, didn’t work, online or in store. now waited 12 days & counting for a refund and they can’t tell me where that’s gone wrong too. total mess. AVOID!

I had a gift card and was trying to find out remaining balance and wanted to add it to my Apple Wallet. Option given to log in or register. When I selected register, it took me to the sign in page, which was no use as I haven’t registered an account yet. Spent 10 minutes and getting no joy, so thankfully, I just checked the balance online and will be using it today, so that I don’t have to bother with this card/app again. It’s total garbage. Here’s me thinking that the app would be really convenient and easy to use. How wrong I was. If I could give it no stars I would.

You can only spend the amount on the voucher. If you have a voucher for £20 if you want to buy a top for £25 you can’t! The service where you can swap to a store voucher (so you can spend more than the value of voucher by paying for the difference) has been out of service since I have had the voucher. You have to download an app to use the voucher. It awful and I have never known stuck a rubbish voucher company. would NOT recommend to anyone.

This release contains even more general improvements to the user experience and also fixes an issue where some users experienced the app crashing. Support for use on iPad is improved with the use of compatibility mode although this is not recommended.
