this is a great tracking app, it’s very easy to navigate, when ordering a parcel from vinted it automatically puts in the tracking number saving you the hassle of doing it yourself and i’ve never had any issues with order updates or the services provided by inpost😊

I really wish there would be a feature to be able to add a time extension to collecting your parcel. As right now I’m going through the issue of not being able to collect my parcel in the three days given due to an emergency. I think we should be able to request extra time as it’s sometimes difficult to collect on time! Then people may not have to panic about how to get their parcel, or a refund, etc. However, saying that. Everything else about this is amazing! :)

Just driven to 3 locations all showing as having spaces on the app to find them completely full. Total waste of time. Will be using Evri in future so that I can just drop off without having to worry about free lockers
