Choosing the wrong category.
Can we choose a category first and stay on it until we change it. It is the last thing to do and I keep sending antique questions to lawyers and appliance engineers. Otherwise I am pleased with it.

Avoid JustAnswer! Terrible app and service. I paid £5 to ask a lawyer a question, his answer was basically “you just have to hope for the best” . Worse than that I just found out they have charged me £50! Just avoid, not a serious service at all!😡😡😡😡

I tried to order a product direct was told to join just answer and register they would refund the £ . Then they try to scam you to take money for answering questions you already know . Buyer be aware disgusting sales technique just a way to con people out of money . I’ve only given it 1 star as it won’t upload otherwise again a com it’s shoujd be minus 10 starts for deliberate mid information

The response I got was quick but utter nonsense and when I said this no one reviewed the advice and altered it. I bought a bike and was told to complain to the Financial Ombudesman !!! The organisation deals with Banks and insurance companies !!! Not organisations like Amazon.

Just answer should stop deducting £35 from my account because I cancelled my subscription before the trial ended. So I don’t understand the reason for the deduction😠

Going back may months ago I contacted just ask for an answer to my Q. Sadly it’s now cost me 250. Plus after contacting just answer go ask why they are taking £35. Per month from my account Without me knowing this . I sent them an email on two occasions and had a reply which I’ve held on to . They apologised and said they will not take any more and confirmed this in the email also stated they’d refund me asap . 7 weeks ago to date they still haven’t refunded but have taken a furth 2 x £35. I’m now putting it into the hands of ombudsman. This is fraud takeing funds without my consent . Be very carefull people of the public !!!! .
