The NICORETTE® Stop Smoke & Vape app breaks your quitting journey up into manageable levels with motivating goals, which you can achieve at your own pace.

The quit programme can help you:
1. Prepare to quit
2. Reduce, to quit cigarettes or vapes
3. Stop smoking or vaping & stay smoke or vape free
4. Reduce and stop your Nicorette Quickmist SmartTrack™ Mouthspray

If you successfully quit, as your cravings gradually lower, you should reduce your nicotine usage and stop using Nicorette completely.

You may have already started on your journey, so you can start on any level you choose if you feel ready to do so.

Quitting smoking is one of the best things you can do for yourself and your loved ones. If you have not successfully quit smoking, we encourage you to go to the Quit Smoking section of the app and begin your journey there. For those who have quit smoking using vaping, we advise you go through these levels and goals at your own pace so you are less likely to relapse back to smoking. Health officials advise using nicotine-containing e-cigarettes for long enough to prevent a return to smoking, and to stop using them when you are ready to do so. Speak to your pharmacist, doctor or local stop smoking service for more information.

Let’s get started 
Download the NICORETTE® Stop Smoke & Vape app and follow the instructions to complete the set-up. 

Once you onboard the app, simply hold the NICORETTE® QuickMist SmartTrack™ Mouthspray to the top back of your phone to begin tracking.

Next, install your NICORETTE® Apple Watch App. Add Cigarette/Vape and NRT complications to your watchface to track your day's use, at a glance.
