Virtual GP is just a phone number
If you wanted to use the "Virtual GP" feature, don't bother. If you manage to get through the buggy registration process and finally reach the Virtual GP screen the only thing it will tell you is the phone number to call (Which could've been displayed on their website, but isn't...). No videoconferencing, no way to upload photos, nothing. Just the phone number.
Woeful
Virtual GP appointment setup a bit complex but it does work. So one star there. But then it just falls apart. Merciless it’s an 8 min cutoff and the GP has no way to follow up. Or confirm if I want a prescription. That I then get charged for both by Cigna and the pharmacy. “Perk”? Not so much.
What am I consenting to?!?
If you want to use the app you have to agree to some T&Cs and review some important information... but it’s missing and the buttons you need to select to indicate you agree are not labelled, so it’s totally impossible to give informed consent! Not v GDPR complaint!!
Worse than NHS
App logs you out while using, never remembers password, doesnt use print/face id, virtual dr never connects, constantly pushes you back to calling them, can’t easily make bookings or alter them, this is one of those cheap corporate apps that serves no useful purpose but they push you to use. And it’s not called Cigna making it harder to find. Useless.
Poor app which kept failing
I concur with recent posts. Booked an virtual gp appt, which took multiple logins. Logged in this morning for my apt and it kept crashing and saying oops something went wrong. Reset password 5 times etc but now access. No helpline on the weekend so lost my appointment. Can’t book another as the app keeps crashing. Very very poor.
Can’t even register
I am trying to register with my surname and ID but the continue button does nothing. Have checked the details and all correct. Useless
Useless
I cannot get past the login page for the app (“Oops something went wrong”) despite being able to login on the website.
