Great recipes and every one we have had has been delicious. The App though is very disappointing - I keep favourites but they disappear; can’t check back on what we’ve had before. Good recipes have disappeared which is a shame.

I’ve been a victim of fraud and I sent an email to them explaining it instead of trying to return my money to understand my situation that I was not personally the one because I did not sign up for it unwilling to give the money that’s considered fraud I thought highly of this company as I’ve heard many good things but now I don’t don’t know what to think? as they’re keeping the money that I was in collector charge for.

I’ve been using Simply Cook for a while now, my wife also has a subscription so I’d say we’ve had around 400 recipe kits with only a small amount that we didn’t enjoy so will of course continue to use Simply Cook. The app, terrible, easy to order yes, but so clunky by modern standards. It’s like using an app when’s apps were a new thing. So many features don’t work as planned and Simply Cook are really missing out by not developing the app. The biggest issue for us despite being told maybe 2 years ago that a function would be soon available to mark recipes as not wanted (ie the odd ones that weren’t liked) this feature still isn’t available and every single box preselected has recipes we don’t like so we end up selecting recipes ourselves which is a shame because in the early days the main reason for using Simply Cook was to try new recipes and be less regimented in the food we eat. As the title suggest, really happy with most of the recipes but the app is desperately in need of development. Food 5 star App 1 star

I have now used simply cook for numerous months now and enjoyed there tasty, easy to follow recipes. I have also used other companies but they were too expensive for me to continue so I would highly recommend simple cook to any one that has a busy life but doesn’t want the meal plans to get boring! They are fantastic! i have also needed to contact customer service with a query and they were great at responding and answering my queries

Absolutely love this, every meal has been delicious. Wish I would have found it sooner. Picking dinners that I would not normally eat. I never eat fish but with these pots I am loving it. Meal prep has become fun rather than a chore. Dinners have become like eating in a restaurant.
