Worst experience ever had banking online
I really don’t suggest to use this online banking to no one,I’m having a nightmare with all of this,I run a business account,and my bank account got frozen,I’m trying to get online assistance,but I kept asking without response!no one get back to me over more than 24 hour from my last messages! This is not the way to have support! They don’t reply,they kept the account in pause,and I don’t know what to do to get access to my money and solve all this problems! I not suggest to use this online banking to no one! This is effecting my business and my personal life too! This is proper ridiculous!

I have an account already, reinstalled the app and asked to enter my email address, did so, no “magic link” email arrives. Have an account I cannot access nor use. Glad I didn’t transfer my existing business bank account across! I’d be stuffed. If I can’t trust you to provide me with a simple login, there’s no chance you’re going to look after any of my hard earned money! Rubbish. Look elsewhere. I wouldn’t trust them to order my drink at a bar. FCA complaint being drafted as I type.
