A MILLION ADS, I’m watching a tv show and the episodes are 20 minutes long, and they have the nerve of playing minimum 6 ads, just excuse me?!?! I know I paid for the basic but still, i’m paying. Ridicolus. Just don’t subscribe, it’s not worth it

Why I have just paid for a halu membership on this stupid app just for me to click on a halu show and it pop up saying I have to buy a membership to watch like I haven’t already, I’ve checked my Apple wallet the money has been taken, it says it my subscription that I paid, but yet the app says I haven’t I want my money back if the app can’t even function properly honestly pathetic.

The worst app I've ever tried besides stealing money from me every two weeks! They offered me an offer on the page and then they are taking 6 pounds from me every two weeks, in addition to taking the 9 pounds that I was supposed to pay every month, they charge me every week! It seems like the worst to me, in addition to canceling the account they still continue to take money from me. is a gotcha.

Missing very basic streaming features. Extremely frustrating! Search just doesn't work. TV Guide only shows now and next so it’s impossible to plan what to watch. Can't rewind live TV or "start programme from the beginning" like EVERY other streaming service. I watch F1 but if you miss the start and want to watch the whole race you have to wait for a replay which can take half a day to appear or just watch it on channel 4. Sky (who owns Now) really don’t understand streaming.

The content is great, but for the high monthly fee I expect the app to work much better on the go. I frequently have challenges streaming over 5G and the stream cuts out mid game. YouTube provide a far superior experience that rarely fails, whereas Now rarely works.
